                        ​Keller Products specializes in rugged, low-maintenance filtration and recycling equipment for metalworking fluids (coolants and cutting oils), focusing on tramp oil removal, solid particle filtration (down to 1 micron), and related accessories. Their units are designed for CNC machines, sumps, and industrial applications to extend fluid life, improve machining quality, reduce odors/smoke, and cut costs on coolant replacement and disposal. Wide Variety of Styles & Models

• Tramp Oil Separators (TKO Series) — Patented systems that continuously remove floating tramp oil from coolant sumps while also filtering and cleaning the entire sump volume. Key benefits: Extends tool life, improves part finishes, eliminates smoke/odor, and reduces coolant consumption.
  • TKO-6 (6-gallon unit, popular for single CNC machines).
  • VLS-7 (8-10-gallon unit, very popular for single CNC machines).
  • TKO-10-HT (10-gallon high-temperature variant, e.g., for aqueous parts washers). Configurations: Portable/cart-mounted, floor-standing, electric or compressed air-driven, multi-sump capable, or magnetically mounted.
• Portable Filtration Systems — Mobile pump/filter carts for removing chips, fines, sludge, floating/settled solids from coolant or oil sumps. Ideal for cleaning multiple machines or spot filtration.
